WORDS ABOUT US

Our Team

Dr. Nicole Bartlett

DNP, PMHNP
I have served in many capacities in my nursing career, however, I have never had a more rewarding career than serving as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We have the opportunity to collaborate with other providers in our community and bring you the most up-to-date treatment options. Having seen, up close, loved ones suffer from depression and anxiety, I know first-hand that the work we do matters to patients and their family.

I also take the work we do very seriously. Each one of our patients require individualized care, time, and effort. Our end-goal is to improve the quality of your life as we make this journey together.

Toma Bartlett

BSHA
From the time we opened, we set forth a very ambitious goal on assisting a very vulnerable population here in the Magic Valley. I was born and raised in Idaho, and have the truest desire of being able to help as many Idahoans as possible. There is absolutely nothing more rewarding than seeing our patients quality of life improve as we help treat them with the most modern and effective modalities. As a Veteran, I especially take great pride in helping and connecting with our Veterans.

Tina Peer

FNP-BC
The reality of limited resources for mental health needs of the community was the driving force behind me beginning to work with H3O Wellness. I have been working under the direction of Dr. Bartlett’s expertise to address the mental health needs of the Magic Valley community.

Along with the team at H3O Wellness, my aim is to continue to address the mental health needs of the community utilizing my extensive experience and expertise in nursing and family medicine to address the patient’s psychosocial and mental health needs.

She decided to take a break from healthcare in 2018, and joined TFHS as the Attendance Secretary (Go Bruins!) until 2020 when she had the opportunity to be a founder staff member of Pinecrest Academy of Idaho as their Office Manager.

Shekeyla Brown

CMA
With over a decade of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), I have honed my skills and expertise in providing compassionate care to all patients. I have experience serving patients at several healthcare facilities in Augusta, Ga, North Augusta, SC, and Twin Falls, ID. I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to H3O Wellness, especially when it comes to supporting individuals with mental health conditions.

My personal connection to mental health goes beyond my professional life. My nephew was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2021, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges that families and individuals facing mental health issues encounter. This first-hand experience has only deepened my empathy and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.
